Within 24 hours, our expert team will review your request and contact you by email or phone to explain the next consultation steps.
A reply may be delayed by an incorrect email address, blocked delivery, high request volume, or another unavoidable issue. If you do not hear from us after 24 hours, contact contact@hengbs.com.
1. Purpose of collection and use
Haengbiseo reviews the service, visa or situation, consultation language, area, and notes you provide to check available consultation options and explain the next steps by email.
This consent is not marketing consent. Without separate marketing consent, the information is not used for promotional messages beyond this guidance request.
2. Information collected
Your email address and phone number are required so that we can review the request and contact you.
We may also process the service, visa or situation, consultation language, area, and situation details you choose to provide. Blank fields are not collected.
The request time, processing status, consent notice version, and consent time are recorded for request handling and consent records.
3. Retention and deletion
Request information is kept until three months after the request is completed, then deleted without undue delay.
It may be kept longer only when required by law or needed for an ongoing complaint, dispute, or abuse investigation, limited to the necessary purpose and period.
4. Sharing and consultation referrals
At the request stage, we do not provide your information to an administrative office or another third party.
If a specific office needs to receive your request after review, we will separately explain the recipient, information, and purpose and obtain the required consent before sharing it.
5. Refusal and your rights
You may refuse this consent. Without it, we cannot submit an online consultation request to the expert team.

6. Scope of the guidance
The expert team's email is an initial review and referral guide. It is not a guarantee of a licensed consultation, an engagement contract, immigration approval, or an official decision.
Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information such as an alien registration number, passport number, health information, criminal history, or an original identity document image. We will provide a safer process if it is needed.
If the person making the request is under 14, a legal representative's consent may be required.
